What the Programme Covers
Building Confidence and Recognising Your Skills
We explore confidence, self-belief and personal strengths. You will identify the natural skills
you already have and start to challenge the beliefs that may be holding you back.
Communication Skills for Work, Life and Sales
Strong communication opens doors. We cover active listening, relationship building, asking
the right questions and how to communicate effectively in any situation.
Understanding Sales and Career Opportunities
We demystify sales and show you the wide range of careers and employment opportunities
where your skills are genuinely valued. No prior sales experience needed.
Building Resilience and Professional Confidence
We look at how to handle setbacks, develop a resilient mindset and strengthen your
professional presence — in interviews, in the workplace and in life.
Employability Skills and Career Preparation
We focus on transferable skills, how to present your strengths to employers and how to
prepare for the next opportunity — whether that is employment or starting your own
business.
Personal Action Planning and Next Steps
We bring it all together. You will leave with a clear, personal action plan and an
understanding of the progression and support available to you beyond the programme.
