Women with the right skills, confidence and support can transform their own lives — and the
communities around them. At Twenty7Forty, we deliver programmes that create
measurable, lasting change for women facing real barriers to employment and economic
independence.
We work with businesses, funders and community organisations who share that
commitment. If you want your investment to create direct, demonstrable impact, we want to
hear from you.
Twenty7Forty CIC is a registered Community Interest Company delivering evidence-based employability and confidence programmes for women in the West Midlands.
Our theory of change is straightforward: women who develop confidence, communication skills and commercial capability are better equipped to secure employment, progress in their
careers and build sustainable businesses. Our programmes create a measurable pathway from disadvantage to economic independence.
We measure impact across:
Increased confidence and self-belief
Increased communication and employment confidence
Understanding of career and sales opportunities
Attendance, completion and progression rates
Participant feedback and testimonials
We welcome conversations with trusts, foundations, local authorities and commissioners
who fund womens employability, social mobility or community development work.
If your organisation has a CSR strategy focused on social mobility, women's empowerment or community impact, partnering with Twenty7Forty puts that commitment into action.
we offer:
Funded programme delivery — your investment funds places for women in our training programmes
Named partnership recognition on our website and materials
Impact reporting — we measure and report outcomes so you can evidence the difference your support makes
Employee volunteering and mentoring opportunities
Partnering with a CIC also demonstrates genuine community investment to your
stakeholders, clients and team.
We work with charities, community organisations and support services who are already working with women who could benefit from our programmes.
As a referral partner you would:
Identify and refer women who are ready to engage with confidence and employability support
Help promote the programme to your existing networks
Support us in gathering attendance and feedback data
In return, your clients receive practical, professionally delivered training and ongoing support
— extending what your organisation can offer without adding to your delivery burden.
We are building partnerships with organisations that share our commitment to women's
economic empowerment. If that is you, we would like to talk.
